Not the Cook!

Well, blog family, it’s Wednesday! If I had to take a guess as to what most Christians I know are doing right now, I’m 85.9% sure they are preparing to head out to bible study. If not bible study, then some type of midweek hour of power/praise and worship service.

What am I doing? I’m cooking dinner! I know you’re shocked because that’s not my thing. Everyone knows that Poppa Bear (PB) is the real cook in the Party of Six. He’s teaching Cubs 1 & 2 to follow in his footsteps. Yes, my future cub daughter-in-laws are going to be set! Yet, here I am on a Wednesday evening slaving away at the stove preparing a scrumptious, mouth-watering meal for my cubs. I really need to stop…y’all know that’s not true! Lol!

So what’s it like being married to a preacher man (who is the main cook in the family)? I keep it simple and easy when it comes to cooking when PB is away. Tonight, it’s spaghetti and meatballs. Mmmm!

Frozen meatballs cooked in pasta sauce and spaghetti!

So easy, in fact, that I had time to type up this blog while waiting for the spaghetti to get flimsy!

Yep! I give The Olive Garden a run for their money! Ha!! Okay. I’m done.
