  1. Evelyn…I must say I am blessed to have you as the First lady of our church..You give so much of yourself with not only a beautiful smile but a beautiful spirit..I am so happy you keep us ladies inspired to do great things from exercise to online Bible study..Thanks so much…Love

  2. Hi! Coming over to say “Hi” after seeing your guest post on The Preacher’s Wife. It’s fun to find other ladies in the ministry and get a glimpse into their lives. You have a beautiful family!! Such cute kiddos! Blessings to you!

  3. Did you know I was 14 years old when you and PB got married??!!!! WOW you all are old…Just kidding ;0). It is amazing to see how you juggle the kids and stay organized. Thank you for sharing. I look forward to reading about many more PARTY OF SIX FAMILY experiences and I look forward to learning from them as well. The poop story…priceless!

  4. I admire you, alot. Your a very talented person. I know life can be frustrating at times but remember God is on your side. I love the pics of Cub 4. Also, I believe after we take so many professional pictures of our first child, we tend to start slacking w/pictures of the rest of the kids. It’s like buying all brand named items for the first child and for the kids that follow we may use some generic brands. Thanks for including me in your blog.

  5. Your blog is very creative. Love the pictures of the baby.
I wish blogging had been around when I was still teaching!! This appears to be an interesting and necessary avenue to accomplish a multitude of things,
sharing ideas and family life, networking, reflection (you know how richly God has blessed you, but seeing it in writing is just one more confirmation)and venting once school starts (LOL) because every teacher needs a venting ground.
Look forward to hearing about the adventures of the mom2kaycubs as well as the new malcolmcubs. Don’t know about you but every school year I always felt like I had inherited a new family of Miss A’s All-Stars. Facebook has become a way for my former students and parents to stay in touch and keep me updated with occurences in their lives.
    Miss seeing you all.

  6. So nice to hear from you, but I see I’ve missed out on a few years’ happenings. Congratulations on the four little cubs! You are a busy woman!

I am a grandmother of nine going on ten and find myself plenty busy also.
My father is 96 and doing amazingly well for his wage. I share a bit in his care, altho he lives in Va with my sister. He still enjoys a bit of gardening on their farm. I also work with John when he leads seminars and help with some of his writing. He has just published the 6th vol of Daily Spirit Journal, which is also on line at http://www.reJourney.blogspot.com. You can read about them on the website.

I always get a nostalgic feeling for school about this time of year. I remember well the year you practice taught with Nancy and me. You did a great job and I know you are pouring a lot into the lives of the young ones in your care, both at home, at church, and in the classroom.

Healing wishes to PB. Have a great year! Lynda

    1. So nice to hear from you Lynda! I will be checking out John’s site. I love teaching, even with all of the politics and paperwork, it’s still rewarding. Let’s keep in touch!
